Getting Registered for classes is easy. Just download and print out the forms required for registration. For turning in your forms you can either:
1. Drop by the studio through the mail slot with your $25 registration payment.
2. Email the forms to PerfectPointeDance@yahoo.com and complete your registration payment using your Credit Card through or Paypal account. Please make sure to indicate what and who you will be paying for.
Please make sure you fill both Registration Form and the Liability Form.
